Model: RBDM
All-welded insertion density meter using tuning fork technology for continuous, high-accuracy liquid density measurement in pipelines, bypass loops and tanks.
| Installation | Direct insertion via flange or thread; no bypass required |
| Accuracy | ±0.001–0.002 g/cc (±1–2 kg/m³); optional ±0.5/±1/±2 kg/m³ |
| Pressure | 10–20 MPa max; 1.6 / 4.0 MPa options; ANSI 150–1500 RF |
| Temperature |
The RBDM measures liquid density by direct insertion through a flange or thread — no bypass loop is required. Tuning-fork technology is unaffected by pressure, temperature or flow fluctuations, and handles slurries, high-viscosity liquids and corrosive chemicals.
The all-welded sensor is available in 316L, Hastelloy or PFA/PTFE-coated wetted parts, with a built-in PT100 providing simultaneous density and temperature output.
The RBDM offers ±0.001–0.002 g/cc (±1–2 kg/m³) accuracy, verified through our ISO 9001-managed factory calibration process.
The RBDM is available for pipe sizes from > DN150 (process connection DN50 RF etc.), supporting a wide range of industrial flows.
The RBDM supports 4-20mA + 0–1 kHz + RS485 Modbus RTU (HART/Profibus PA/FF optional) output for integration with your control system.
