Model: RBFM-I
Hot-tapped insertion transit-time ultrasonic meter for accurate bi-directional liquid flow measurement without pipeline interruption, moving parts or pressure drop.
| Diameter | DN80 – DN6000 |
| Accuracy | ±1.0% of reading (>0.5 m/s); ±2.0% (<0.5 m/s) |
| Velocity | 0 ~ ±12 m/s, bi-directional |
| Temperature | Liquid -40°C ~ +160°C |
The RBFM-I is installed under pressure through a hot-tap insertion probe, so the pipeline never has to be stopped or drained. Transit-time measurement covers DN80 to DN6000 with bi-directional flow from 0 to ±12 m/s and no moving parts in the stream.
Signal-quality tracking and self-adjustment keep accuracy at ±1.0% of reading above 0.5 m/s, while an optional SD-card logger records up to 64 GB of flow history.
The RBFM-I offers ±1.0% of reading (>0.5 m/s), ±2.0% (<0.5 m/s) accuracy, verified through our ISO 9001-managed factory calibration process.
The RBFM-I is available for pipe sizes from DN80 ~ DN6000, supporting a wide range of industrial flows.
The RBFM-I supports 4-20mA, OCT pulse, relay, RS232C/RS485 (Modbus, data logger optional) output for integration with your control system.
Battery-powered insertion ultrasonic water meter for agricultural irrigation and water supervision, with IP68 protection and no pressure loss.
